First and last name, E-mail address, Phone number, Selected room and time slot (date/time, language of the game), Information on “How you heard about us”, IP address of the device used to submit the reservation (for system protection against misuse and spam reservations)

Purposes of processing

Processing, confirming, and fulfilling your reservation,
Communicating with you regarding the reservation and service,
Ensuring system security, preventing misuse and spam/bot reservations,
Basic statistics and service improvement (aggregated, non-profiling data)

Legal basis

Processing is necessary in order to provide the requested reservation service.
Legitimate interest – system protection against misuse (e.g., recording IP addresses to block spam/bot activities).

Cookies

We use only technical and functional cookies necessary for the operation of the website (e.g., session identifier). We do not use third-party marketing cookies.
